On March 7^th, 2021, Prof. Min Zhang from SPS, in collaboration with Prof. Yu Lan published their latest research work on Science Advance entitled “Lewis acid–catalyzed domino generation/[2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of ammonium ylides to access chiral azabicycles”. Hopefully, the work would provide an avenue for the synthesis of drug-like molecules containing such skeletons. The work was supported by NSFC and other fundings.
