研究领域

药物化学生物学基于结构的药物设计


1. 设计合成靶向溴结构域蛋白的抑制剂并用于癌症或炎症等疾病。

2. 发展针对细胞自噬过程中重要蛋白的化学探针。

3. 开发DNA兼容的化学反应并用于构建DNA编码分子库(DNA-encoded library, DEL)。
